Reconciling Opposites

The most respected climate skeptics, such as professors Happer and Linzen, clearly support the view that carbon dioxide influences surface temperature, but that the amount of temperature rise is hardly significant.  More recent empirical work, notably by the Donnelly’s and Nikolov and Zeller call into question the very existence of the greenhouse effect.

I humbly offer this note, hopefully to show how the two perspectives may not actually be in conflict with each other.
